In the aftermath of emergency events, State or local governments’ systems may be disrupted; thus, use of Federal Supply schedule contracts prior to these events to acquire products or services to be used to facilitate recovery is authorized.

Mobile Veterinary Clinic / Mobile Veterinary Spay and Neuter Vehicle is a mobile veterinary facility that brings veterinary capabilities to locations that are under-served and to neighborhoods where pet owners are unable to bring animals into their veterinarian for breeding control and adoption.  The unit is self contained with necessary services on-board for running a veterinary operation.

The Mobile Dental Vehicle illustrates General Truck Body’s engineering capabilities to comply with our customer’s custom configurations.  The Custom Mobile Dental Vehicle was designed to be a mobile self contained dental unit so that it may travel to prisons, under-served and remote areas.  The Mobile Dental Vehicle is fully customized to contain desk areas, galleys, bathrooms and other flushing systems as well as Dental Examination booths.  The rear of the Mobile Dental Vehicle is equipped with a Wheelchair Access Handicap Lifting System.  The system is designed to lift from ground positions up to the entry point on the floor level.  The Wheelchair Access Handicap Lifting mechanism on the Mobile Dental Vehicle can be stowed in the up position to meet Department of Transportation requirements for transportation anywhere in the United States.

Mobile Medical Immunization Clinic

The Mobile Medical Immunization Vehicle helps serve underprivileged families that are incapable of traveling to and from conventional medical immunization centers in the city.  The Mobile Medical Immunization Vehicle can travel to neighborhoods and can handle a large number of immunization patients.  The Mobile Medical Immunization Vehicle is self contained, generator powered and has air conditioning and heating.  The vehicle is also equipped with a public address system to help maintain an orderly flow of patients in and out.

The Mobile Medical Immunization Vehicle can also be used in emergency medical situations that require a quick response team to handle immunization of a chemical or biological accident.

The interior of the Mobile Medical Immunization Vehicle might appear to have relatively tight quarters. However, technicians can immunize two people at a time, the vehicle has a standing waiting area, plus it has an office area for the handling of the patient’s paperwork and documentation.  The Mobile Medical Immunization Vehicle is also equipped with an on-board television/DVD combination to disclose information to patients as they pass through the unit.  A small on-board galley includes a microwave, coffee pot and dual refrigerators.  One refrigerator is used for food and drink and the other for medication to prevent cross contamination.  A rear storage bench is built, which doubles as a bed complete with underneath storage.

Wireline Truck

The Wireline Truck is a completely self contained wireline vehicle with the operator interface cabinet in the forward section.  Wireline high tensile steel system in the rear is operated hydraulically through the chassis.  Oil well service data is gathered through recording equipment located at the rear of the Wireline Truck and electronically fed to the computer systems in the control cabin in the forward section.

The Wireline Skid has the same capabilities as the Wireline Truck and has a completely self contained wireline skid with the operator interface cabinet in the forward section.  Wireline high tensile steel system in the rear is operated hydraulically.  Oil well service data is gathered through recording equipment located at the rear of the Wireline Skid and electronically fed to the computer systems in the control cabin in the forward section.

Wireline Trailer

The Wireline Trailer is built for the same capabilities as the Wireline Truck.  The only difference is the Wireline Trailer is built for adverse, cold conditions.  The interior of the Wireline Trailer is sealed in order to handle the extreme environmental conditions and keep the interior comfortable.  General Truck Body has deployed Wireline Trailers in several cold weather environments such as the North Slopes of Alaska, Northern Alberta Canada and Siberia.
