The Mobile Satellite Trailer has a self contained power system. The interior has a complete television broadcasting and communications console. The unit is custom built for television or any customer that requires broadcasting of signal over satellite communications. It is operated by remote control and the satellite dish can be elevated and aimed at the satellite for broadcasting.
The Radio Station Remote Van has a self contained power system with large speakers mounted on the sides of the remote van for broadcasting radio play at the remote site. The interior has a complete radio broadcasting and communications console equipped with sound dampening controls so that noise from the exterior of the van does not penetrate into the interior thus interfering with broadcast quality. In addition, the Radio Station Remote Van has a reinforced roof with a stand-up rail allowing for radio station fans to stand on the top of the van while it is in stationary broadcast mode.
Emergency Response – HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) Trailer is housed with equipment for the handling of hazardous materials at the job site. The HAZMAT Trailer is outfitted with communication equipment and has seating for 6 people.
This particular HAZMAT Trailer was custom configured to be pulled by two similar tractors. General Truck Body custom fit the HAZMAT Trailer Body to the tractor so that the two tractor/trailers can communicate and be maneuverable on small locations.
Emergency Response – HAZMAT Trailer interior comes with captain’s chairs and is equipped with a multitude of communication devices including a two-way radio system and phone system. All electrical needs are powered by the on-board generator.
Because the Emergency Response – HAZMAT Trailer has a cut-away from the cabin into the cab of the truck, operators can continue to work even while the vehicle is in transit.
The Environmental Air Quality Check Vehicle is used for recording and evaluating exhaust air and emissions from passing vehicles. The Air Quality Check Vehicle, as well as the on-board generator, is powered by natural gas or propane. The interior of the Environmental Air Quality Check Vehicle is equipped with seating and consoles for operation controls and recording devices. The Air Quality Vehicle exterior is accessible from both sides and the rear for easy deployment of the Air Quality Check components used to evaluate or ‘snip’ exhaust fumes.
This Air Quality Trailer is utilized in large manufacturing system environments that require the removal of any kind of chemical or fumes. The Air Quality Trailer can be altered to handle other manufacturing systems including coal burning, natural gas and refineries. The entire self-contained system, including tractor and 5th wheel totals 53 feet. The trailer includes an undercarriage for external storage. The exterior is also outfitted with flood lights and view windows. The interior of the Air Quality Trailer is equipped with computers, data recording and data analysis devices.
This is the interior of the Air Quality Trailer showing the piping and tankage systems used for the evaluation of air quality. The interior of the Air Quality Trailer can be configured to the customer’s specific requirements and the interior is able to accommodate any specific type of equipment.
This is the interior of the Air Quality Trailer demonstrating the control area console. The customized control area is the operations and recording console where the computers and recording equipment will be installed. Also shown are additional storage compartments for stowing documents in the smaller bins and equipment in the larger bins.
The Medical Waste Vehicle was custom designed to the customer’s specifications to dispose of hospital waste in a safe and environmentally proper manner. The Medical Waste Vehicle utilizes large on-board power systems for grinding and chemically neutralizing all bio hazard waste products from hospitals. All bio hazard material is rendered inert or ineffective to any type of disease transfer due to the chemical treatment. The inert, chemically treated material is then completely ground up at the on-board Grinding Treatment Station, allowing the formerly hazardous material to be placed in local dumpsters for disposal.
